Success!
So my Thanksgiving meal came off well. Melik and his sister Mina enjoyed the meal - especially the potatoes and spinach souffle. They both prepared a beautiful table to enjoy the dinner and we had champagne with pomegranete seeds to toast to a thankful year. I'll never be intimidated by a turkey again!
